Green Smoothie for Two?

Mothers_day_508_003 The girls really dig these green smoothies, assuming they're chocolate. Ingredients usually include: frozen banana, dried medjool dates, soy milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, flax seeds, frozen berries, ice water, and a half a bag of frozen spinach. 

We whir it all together with a Vitamix. I'm not sure whether a regular blender could deal with all the frozen fruit. 

If you can wrap your mind around the bright grass green color, the smoothie really is yummy.
