It took a lot of persistance, but we found a place in the faraway
suburbs that was open this morning and ate breakfast out. Still no
power in our house but several friends in our neighborhood are
reconnected. We are hoping not to have to wait too much longer.
To say that the girls have been troopers would be an exageration. They
barely realize that we survived a hurricane and are just enjoying a
whole bunch of fun days with the family in their favorite place on
earth: home.
