Sunday, the Good News

The good news today goes like this:

• It was a gorgeous day in Houston.

  

• We had lunch al fresco at Central Market and then listened to an acoustic jazz group, while reading the New York Times, watching the girls dance, and talking. 
• Both Colin Powell and The Houston Chronicle endorsed Obama!
• Our neighbors invited Pearl and Carrie to play with Ethan on their inflatable water slide. They had a lot of fun.
• The girls painted jackolanterns. 
• I worked on my poems.
