Every year in April, Writers in the Schools (WITS) celebrates National Poetry Month with a campaign called A Poem A Day. During the month of April WITS offers one poem written by a WITS student every day to create a special moment for reflection and appreciation. The poems are distributed through email blasts and on the WITS blog.
