Walking, Pearl style, continues to look less like practice and more like a coup d'etat. It's been less than a month, but she's really getting her groove on now.
New flourishes include two doubled-up fists shaken not stirred at shoulder height. The signs of self-determination are unmistakable. No assertiveness training needed around here, ladies and gentlemen.
She seems to be saying to the world: be afraid. Be very afraid.
I am so jealous!! Way to go Pearl :)... I can't wait until I have a walker...

Ariana and Pear must meet. First of all they have very good taste in exersaucers--Ariana has the same one as Pearl. Ariana loves books and she'd love to be in a book club with Pearl and they're both walking. And their moms need to start a support group for moms of early walkers. I thought it was exciting when Ariana began to walk at 8 and a half months. But knowing moms would look at me and smile with that "oh, honey, you're in for it now," look. Now I know. But on the bright side, chasing Ariana is my only form of aerobic exercise in this New Year. Happy New Year to all three of you.

Yellow is her color! But I'd love to see a pic of her in the Maine tee. ;)

I love the look in her eyes. I would totally get out of her way if she were coming towards me!!
