I'm feeling nostalgic today. I can't believe that our babies are no longer babies any more. Here's a picture of Pearl at 4 weeks. It was lucky I snapped a photo because, as it turns out, it was a historic moment. It was the only time she ever used a pacifier. Any symbolism there?
Thanks to all the Some/thing bloggers for making the carnival a carnival. Next week I'll do a recap, so feel free to post over the weekend, if you've gotten behind and leave a comment telling me.
Love the photo of Pearl at 4 weeks. We had to go into our archives of photos to do some of the entries this week for the carnival. Thanks for organizing a fun blogging event.

Oh my goodness, it's hard to believe she was ever that small!

She is so tiny! Precious! The pacifier is ginormous compared to her head. Great pic!
Love the blog carnival.

How sweet she looks in the picture!
I was late to the game today (and my entry is pretty lame), but it's finally up.
This was fun. Thanks for giving me a reason and pattern for writing this week.

I'll say this again on your recap post, I'm sure, but I just want to thank you for this fabulous idea. What fun. It's been really fun to see how many different people took the same catalysts in so many different directions. Plus of course it helped spread the word about Freedom to Marry Week. Thanks again, Robin! Do it again soon, eh? I'm all at the ready.
PS From the angle you took the picture, that pacifier looks as big as your daughter's head, practically. Yowza!

I love how she's got her hands behind her head, like she's just kickin' back and chillin' out.

Is that some sort of wierd perspective think, like the big-nosed-dogs-that-are-supposed-to-be-cute-but-I-find-very-creepy, or is that the ginormousest binky known to man?

It was inspired and got me thinking in a different way. I should hire you to come up with topics this month for me...lots of craziness. But, no kids this week. It's weird.
