The First Day of Preschool

Tuesday was the first day of preschool for Carrie and Pearl. Marcia had an early morning meeting so I took them.  We were late, of course.

Pearl was excited and seemed confident, telling me to calm down and stop speeding! Carrie was scared but not so scared that she couldn't "read" Brown Bear, Brown Bear to us using all the wrong colors, a favorite joke of hers, as we made the drive to school. Baba was a nervous wreck!

Summary = Fears but no tears.

Wow. I just realized that Pearl really looks a lot like Marcia. Kind of amazing to see kids growing into their faces.
